Eric Yap
Eric Yap is proficient in many areas of legal practice and had handled literally thousands of legal files ranging from administration of estate to multi-million dollar transactions. He has also appeared in Court of Appeal, High Court, Sessions Court, Magistrates Court, Labour Court, as well as arbitration tribunals. Eric is qualified and registered to provide immigration assistance to those seeking to know more about Australia.
Pursuant to S. 97 of the Legal Profession Act 1976 (Amended 1993) he was appointed as a member of the Investigating Tribunal Panel of the Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board. He is now a panel member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board.
In May 2007 Eric was appointed by the Chief Justice of Malaya as a Commissioner for Oaths and he remains one till to date. Eric is also a Certified Mediator with the Malaysian Mediation Centre.
Eric is a legal advisor to Malaysian Pallet Association and an organization known as Charity Food Basket, an NGO based in the Royal Town of Klang.
Eric Yap was the President of the Rotary Club of Port Klang (2002/2003) and has been actively involved in charitable/service projects through the Rotary Club of Port Klang since 1999 and was the Secretary for Attendance at the District level for Rotary Year 2004-2005. He is still a member.
Toh Harnniann
Toh Harnniann read law at the Cardiff University, Wales and graduated with honours in 2001.
Toh was called to the Malaysia Bar in 2003 after obtaining his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2002 , shortly after which he started his legal career at this firm, dealing mainly with civil litigation.
Toh headed the litigation department and was exposed to a great variety of cases, which have significantly contributed to the growth and depth of his legal knowledge and experience.
Toh was a senior associate in a leading law firm in Shanghai, China in 2007, During his time there, Toh gained invaluable experience in cross-border trading, high-end corporate and commercial transactions, and dynamic working culture.
Apart from legal life, Toh is also active in his community. Toh is the Charter President of the Rotaract Club of Port Klang Centennial, and was awarded The Excellent Leadership Award by the Rotary Club of Port Klang in 2005. Toh was also recently appointed by the Menteri Besar of Selangor to chair the Youth Movement for Zone A of the Sungai Pinang State constituency.
